Molecular markers

As mentioned previously, there are many types of possible markers. Here we will only discuss molecular markers, due to the advantages they have over other types.

And of molecular markers, we will include only PCR-based markers, by far the most widely used types.

As detailed information is available elsewhere, we will just briefly summarize types of markers here, and go on to discuss their use in MAB.
