Course Content Different levels of course content can be identified
Assignments This course is developed on the basis of a non-formal learning methodology. This means that the course developers as well as you provide input and contextualise the course. The individual learning process is composed of reflection, self-study, group work as well as individual and group assignments. This methodology is also reflected in the assignments. The assignments are partly incorporated in the course in the form of short exercises with instant feedback, and are partly specified as needing a more thorough elaboration (especially the assignments on addressing farmers concerns which will be a test for effective partnership with farmers). All larger assignments will be followed by an individual, personalised feedback from the trainers, or as we call them ‘the experts’. However, some of the smaller assignments are only evaluated through automated feedback. Group work and discussions form an integral part of the course and can also be regarded as assignments. It is therefore crucial to participate in these discussions, as much of the learning will progress place through group reflection. In case you have any difficulties understanding an assignment, do not hesitate to contact your coaching team through the call centre option in the roll-down menu at the top of your screen. |
