KASP Markers for Cowpea
The cowpea consensus genetic linkage map was taken from HarvEST; cowpea located at http://harvest.ucr.edu/ (by Close et al., 2009, of UC Riverside) which includes 1107-SNP genetic markers derived from 1293 individuals in 13 mapping populations and displays 17 EST libraries from vigna unguiculata as described in the references below. The mapping populations were genotyped using an Illumina 1536 GoldenGate Assay.
