KASP Markers for Soybean
Map was given by Perry Cregan (email@example.com).
The soybean SNP markers are from the set of 1536 SNP markers in the Universal Soy Linkage Panel. These were mapped using three recombinant inbred lines [University of Utah ‘Minsoy’ x ‘Noir 1’ (MxN), Minsoy x ‘Archer’ (M x A), and University of Minnesota ‘Evans’ x ‘Peking’ (ExP)] populations. SNPs mapped on the integrated consensus map had to meet different criteria as described in the paper below. JoinMap 3.0 software was used for map integration.
